The deceased has been identified as Mahendra Karki, 49, of Mirgauliya VDC Ward No. 9 in the district.[break]
According to the District Police Office, Morang, Karki died while undergoing treatment at Koshi Zonal Hospital.
Investigation into the incident is underway, said police.
