Dinesh Bohara had shot his elder brother Kumar Bohara on Tuesday afternoon. He was arrested on the same night from his relatives' home in Bela village of Attariya municipality-6, some four kilometers from the murder spot in Jwain chowk of Dhangadi municipality-5, according to District Police Office.
Dinesh was reportedly pillion riding with his brother when he shot him from behind and escaped with the motorcycle and property documents, leaving his brother to die on the road.
Preliminary investigation shows that Dinesh shot his elder brother over a dispute related to their parental property in Kailali, police inspector Surya Bahadur Chand said. RSS
