KATHMANDU: Nepal Electricity Authority has increased the load-shedding time to up to 70 hours per week with effect from Thursday, Radio Nepal said. This is second time in one month the NEA revised load-shedding schedule. Earlier it had increased load-shedding time to 45 hours per week. As per the new schedule the Hetauda-Birgunj corridor will see 70 hours per week of power cut while areas other than that extending from Lamahi of Dang to Anarmani of Jhapa will see 63 hours of power outage per week.
