While a Thumping Stereo Subwoofer provides bass that greatly enhances sound to make it richer, the speakers located at the opposite sides of the phone creates a surround sound effect. The Dolby Mobile technology used in the phone makes surround sound crispier and clearer.
Another feature of the GM200 is its radio system. The phone comes with internal antenna and does not need to be connected to ear phones to listen to radio. It also allows capturing, recording and editing of radio programs, which can also be used as ring tones. The Radio Alarm system switches on the FM channel selected by the user and plays it instead of the alarm buzz. A system called Smart-profiling adjusts the sound, including ringtones, according to the noise level of the surrounding environment. It reduces volume in quiet areas and increases it in noisy ones.
