The locals, who had allegedly eaten the meat of Leopard found dead in the month of Shrawan, were shown the path of the district jail as per the National Park Forest and Wildlife Conservation Act-2029 BS, informed Chief of the District Forest Office, Ramprit Maure. [break]
Villagers had to go to the jail when they failed to deposit the bail amount stipulated as penalty under the Act.
