KATHMANDU, July 26: Megatech Trade Group, the authorized distributor of Lenovo laptops, for Nepal has announced that all Lenovo laptops will now be available with two-year replacement warranty.

Informing that almost 66 percent of laptops sold in Kathmandu Valley come through unauthorized channels, Suresh Lohani, director of Megatech, said: "Nepali customers have been victims of such inferior quality laptops coming from unauthorized channels as they are not backed by authorized services, warranty and other support."
According to Lohani, the two-year replacement warranty will be valid on all Lenovo laptops including G series, Z series, Y series, S series, Flex Laptop, and Yoga Laptop except Thinkpads which come with three-year warranty.
