KATHMANDU, Nov 24: While there is a debate on how to manage the leaders at the 10th general convention of the CPN-UML, Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that leaders should contest and will need votes to be established in the party.

The time has come to choose between stability and instability:...

"There is nothing called management of this aspect and that aspect in the general convention. Our job is not to get involved in the management of leaders. It is to emphasize the problems of the people. The current management is that the candidates should fight the election and secure votes,” he said.

Oli said that if this party or that party started managing, problems would start again within the party and the people's desire along with the cadres was not like that.
