Lawmaker Shrestha appointed as Minister of State for Health

KATHMANDU, July 25: Umesh Shrestha, a member of parliament, has been appointed the Minister of State for Health and Population.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed Shrestha as the Minister of State for Health and Population on the recommendation of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Sunday.

With this, PM Deuba now has a six-member cabinet.
