MAKWANPUR, July 13: Landslides at Sisneri and Fakhel has obstructed the Hetauda Kathmandu road since early morning today.

According to District Police Office’s SP Buddhi Raj Gurung, landslides started to fall at 5:45 AM and that attempts were being made to reopen the highway, the shortest route connecting Hetauda and Kathmandu.
Gurung added that at Indra Sarobar rural municipality 2, huge rocks fell on the road and they were being removed. Likewise, a dozer is being used to clear the debris at Fakhel. The route via Daman is open.
