The team had gone through financial crisis despite securing place at the A division. Various institutions had provided the club with financial support after news that the club was in financial crisis. The club felicitated NCC Bank, Bank of Kathmandu, Sumi Distillery and Kalimati Tarkari Bazaar Yuva Club.
NCC had given the club Rs 150,00, Bank of Kathmandu and Sumi Distillery had given Rs 50,000 each, while Kalimati Tarkari had provided vegetables to the club free of cost. All Nepal Football Association CEO Indraman Tuladhar gave letters of appreciation to the honored institutions.
