KATHMANDU, August 21: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has decided not to rent Kathmandu Plaza located in Kamaladi. The metropolis has said that it cannot be rented because there is no parking facility.
The rent dispute of Kathmandu Plaza has not been resolved. However, the metropolis has backed down saying that it cannot be rented.

Since the Supreme Court did not decide on the rent dispute in time, Kathmandu Plaza has not been rented for one and a half years.
The metropolis has lost around Rs 160 million in rent during the 25-month period of this confusion.
