KMC bulldozes police post in Jadibuti

KATHMANDU, May 22: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has demolished a temporary police post at Jadibuti, Koteshwar, as part of the campaign for making the Kathmandu roads convenient for pedestrians.

KATHMANDU, May 22: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has demolished a temporary police post at Jadibuti, Koteshwar, as part of the campaign for making the Kathmandu roads convenient for pedestrians.


The KMC Police said that a team of the Metropolitan Police Force removed the Police Post located in Jadibuti, Koteshwar at 3 o'clock on Monday.

KMC police chief Raju Pandey informed Republica that illegal police posts in all 32 wards of the metropolis have been removed. He said that the post in Jadibuti had to be demolished because it was in the middle of the footpath.
