Khanal finished the race in 18.03 minutes while Prakash Thapa of Armed Police Force (APF) and Kurba Tamang of Munal took the second and third place honors. [break]
Ram finished the race in 13.17 minute to secure first position in the women´s category while Harimaya Guragain and Muna Chaudhary finished second and third respectively.
The top three runners of both the categories bagged a purse of Rs 15,000 Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 each.
