Kathmandu Valley’s COVID-19 tally surges to 12,924 with 676 new cases in the past 24 hours

KATHMANDU, Sept 14: With 676 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in the past 24 hours, Kathmandu Valley’s COVID-19 tally jumped to 12,924 on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, Sept 14: With 676 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in the past 24 hours, Kathmandu Valley’s COVID-19 tally jumped to 12,924 on Tuesday.


According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), a total of 555 new cases in Kathmandu, 86 in Bhaktapur and 35 in Lalitpur district were recorded on Tuesday.

In the past 11 days alone, COVID-19 caseload of the Valley has increased by 5,478.


Of the new cases detected on Tuesday 454 are males and 222 are females.


Likewise, one COVID-19 patient has succumbed to COVID-19 in Kathmandu Valley in the past 24 hours.
