The actress posed for the image as she sat cuddling her dog, seemingly naked in the racy photograph uploaded for her followers on Instagram, reports mirror.co.uk.
She seemed to have stripped off for the image, and she had her legs apart as she made sure the puppy was the focus - along with a folder of paperwork in front of her on the bed.
