She is an LKG student at a local school while the accused is a Grade 4 one at the same school. The accused is under the police custody for further investigations into the case, District Court Rolpa's registrar Man Bahadur Bista said.

The court has extended his custody by more 10 days Wednesday for further investigations into the case. The laws in Nepal regard the people below 16 as juveniles.
