KATHMANDU, Feb 1: The government has decided to establish a Juvenile Court in Bhaktapur. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on January 28 decided to bring the Juvenile Court into operation in Bhaktapur district from April 15.
Minister for Communications and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung said the decision was made to establish the Juvenile Court in Bhaktapur district to hear the cases of juvenile benches of Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur and Kavre districts.
