Parliamentarians have demanded the government step up its efforts to arrest the culprit(s) invovled in the rape and murder of 13 year Nirmala Panta of Bhimdutta municipality-2 in the federal parliamentarian meeting today. Panta’s body was found four days ago in a sugarcane farm. Four days later, the culprits are yet to be arrested.
