KATHMANDU, Jan 13: Judicial Council meeting held till late Thursday night has taken a decision to send a recommendation of 80 judges for high courts.
The meeting recommended the names of 80 legal practitioners, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Ajya Shankar Nayak said.
The recommendation includes 16 legal practitioners from joint secretary and special class level, 37 district judges and 27 from Nepal Bar Association (NBA).
The meeting presided over by Chief Justice (CJ) Sushila Karki took the decision for sending the recommendation for the high courts in seven provinces. RSS
