While seeking clarification from them, the party has also served a 24-hour long ultimatum to all four lawmakers, who had earlier signed in the no-confidence motion filed jointly by Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Center) and JSP against Chief Minister Pokharel, to resign from the ministerial position. The party has said that they will be relieved from their position as lawmakers if they failed to resign from the ministerial position within the deadline given.
JSP lawmakers Bijaya Bahadur Yadav, Santosh pandey, Suman Sharma and Kalpana Pandey had taken oath of office and secrecy as ministers against their party's decision.
