JSP central leaders accused of betraying party in November 20 elections

KATHMANDU, Feb 12: Most of the central leaders of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal have been accused of betraying the party in the November 20 elections to the members of House of Representatives (HoR) and provincial assembly.

KATHMANDU, Feb 12: Most of the central leaders of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal have been accused of betraying the party in the November 20 elections to the members of House of Representatives (HoR) and provincial assembly.

The party's Central Executive Committee member Shiva Lal Thapa-led probe committee has so far taken statements from around 40 central leaders.


The probe committee reached Morang, Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Bardiya, Kailali, Surkhet districts to take statements from the accused members. If the allegations of betrayal are confirmed, action will be taken against them according to the provisions of the party constitution., according to party leaders.
