BHARATPUR, Aug 20: Chitwan District Court has issued an order to remand journalist Rabi Lamichhane and two others in custody for five more days to conduct further investigation into the case of the death of ex-colleague journalist Shalikram Pudashaini.

Police had arrested Lamichhane, Yubraj Kandel and Asmita Karki, from Kathmandu and had brought them to Chitwan on August 15.

A single bench of Judge Gayatri Prasad Regmi issued the order on Tuesday, remanding them in custody for five more days as the previous detention period was over on Tuesday itself.
