Nepal stated that while he worked in BBC Nepal services, he listened to many international audio books. And he took the initiative in order to give the same satisfaction to Nepali listeners.
“I’m happy that I was able to give voice to this book,” he said.
Professor Govinda Raj Bhattarai stated that Ghimire is the only person in Asia whose work has made her so popular, despite her illness.

During the program, a few words by Ghimire were read out by Anita Lama. In the speech, Ghimire had written that it’s up to us whether we make our life harsh or beautiful.
Critic Shekhar Kharel said that Ghimire is one such personality who gives hope during hopeless situations. He added, “Just like Bishwambhar Pyakurel’s words were voiced by Narayan Gopal, Jhamak’s words have been made to come alive by Khagendra Dai. This audio version of the book has more value now.”
Managing Director of Surya Nepal, Abhimanyu Poddar, presented Ghimire with Rs 100,000 for the audio book.
‘Jiwan Kada Ki Phool’ was written by Jhamak Kumari Ghimire in 2010.
