Jazeera did not fly even though the passengers stayed overnight at GBIA and waited for the plane. Govinda Prasad Dahal, General Manager of GBIA, said that the airline flew one flight on Saturday carrying only a few tourists among the passengers who had gathered for three days.

Dahal said that the official representative of Jazeera Airways informed the airport that the regular flight will be affected as the lease of the aircraft has expired and they are in the process of purchasing a new aircraft.

He said that Jazeera will not be able to fly regularly in the month of October and said that he has been assured that the flights will be regular after October.
