KATHMANDU, Dec 24: Nearly three decades ago, as Nepal began witnessing the initial stages of modern house construction, the demand for paints surged. In response, the trio of brothers—Gunanidhi Aryal, Laxman Aryal, and Madhusudan Aryal—from Chitwan Bharatpur seized the opportunity.

Initially experimenting with products like laundry detergent and nail polish, the brothers found these ventures unsatisfactory. However, in the early 1990s, post the restoration of democracy, recognizing the potential in the modern construction landscape, they ventured into the paint industry, establishing their enterprise in Bharatpur. The brothers divided responsibilities in operating the industry, marketing, and product supply.

According to a statement issued by the company, through teamwork and hard work, the Aryal brothers achieved success, marking the continuous success journey of Jasmine Paints over the last three decades. Presently, Laxman Aryal leads the industry. What began as a modest family endeavor with a simple investment has evolved into a leading player in Nepal's domestic paints industry.
