KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Janata Bank Nepal Ltd and Triveni Development Bank Ltd have completed their merger process. Issuing a statement on Friday, Janata Bank said that Governor of Nepal Rastriya Bank (NRB), Chiranjibi Nepal, inaugurated the merged entity. “The total paid-up capital of the bank has now reached Rs 4.72 billion,” the statement added.
The bank is providing service from its 73 branch offices, 38 ATM outlets and 19 branchless banking units.
