The general publics have been in trouble when the road of Chaurjahari Sallibazaar leading to different parts of the country including from Chaurjahari of Rukum to Nepalgunj and Surkhet was not repaired and Chaurjahari Airport remained shut down for long.[break]
The Airport, which was brought tino operation for the common use of Jajarkot and Rukum, has remained shut for the past couple of months.
With the disruption of air service, the transportation of medicines for Chaurjahari Hosptial and bringing patients to and from Nepalgunj Hospital for further treatment was obstructed, said Administrator at Chaurjahari-based Mission Hosptial Dil Bahadur Giri.
The Airport had been allotting four seats for patients in every flight. Likewise, it had also allotted six seats for Jajarkot district in the name of government seats. All these works have been halted with the closure of the air service.
According to Surendra Nepali of Chaurjahari Airport, the problem is emerged with the availability of only one plane. No ari service will resume till the maintenance of the air plane, he added.
