KATHMANDU, Aug 21: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has appointed Jagdish Kharel as its spokesperson.
A Central Committee meeting of the party held on Friday assigned Kharel the responsibility.

Kharel is the elected lawmaker from Lalitpur-2. He joined the RSP during the election period. He also previously served as the Minister for Communications and Information Technology in the Sushila Karki-led cabinet formed immediately after the Gen Z protest in September last year.
