“We have supported the honourable member of the Federal Parliament Sher Bahadur Deuba as per Article 76(5) of the constitution. The president did not appoint anyone despite the support of 149 people, which led 146 people to knock at the doors of the Supreme Court,” Jhakri said. “It is our duty to give a vote of confidence to the government and the prime minister formed after the order issued by the Supreme Court,” she added
“The CPN-UML should take an institutional decision to sit on the floor and vote in the favour of the vote of confidence. If not, let us all be cautious and vote for PM Deuba so that parliament completes its full term,” Jhakri said.
