KATHMANDU, July 6: Deliberation on the budget of fiscal year 2017/18 has been going on at the Parliament. However, an insignificant number of lawmakers can been seen at the Parliament.
The most of the seats are seen empty. On the other hand, lawmakers, who attend the Parliament meeting are also seen reading newspapers, chating with fellow lawmakers and using their gadgets during the meeting.
