INTERPOL arrests fugitive on red notice in Kuwait

KATHMANDU, March 14: A fugitive who was issued a red notice has been arrested in Kuwait.

According to Nepal Police, one of the absconding defendants in a drug case was arrested by INTERPOL and brought back to Kathmandu on Thursday.

Roshan Rai, 29, of Ilam Sangrumba-5, who was on the run in a brown heroin case, has been arrested.

He was brought to Nepal for action in coordination with INTERPOL Kuwait.
