At least 300 migrants feared drowned as four dinghies got into trouble after leaving Libyan coast in bad weather in February last month. Some 400 migrants feared drowned after their vessel capsized off Libya on April 12, 2015 and about 650 migrants have died on April 19, as boat capsized in Libyan waters south of Lampedusa.
