Infant dies in house collapse

KANCHANPUR, June 30- In Kanchanpur, a newborn died after her home collapsed. Karishma Khunna, a four months old baby, was killed when her house collapsed in Bedkot Municipality-5 on Wednesday.

Parvati Khunna from Dharampur Municipality- 4 took her daughter to the field of local Prem Saud with her daughter Karishma. She left her daughter and her 11 years old son in Saud’s house. Karisma died after her house collapsed owing to rain, according to Lal Bahadur Bam.

In the same incident, one Mante Tharu, 40, and a person named Arjun were also injured. Both of them are being treated at Mahakali Hospital, Kanchanpur.
