KATHMANDU, Dec 30: Three companies– Indreni Mushroom Farm, Hulas Infra and Hulas Iron Industries– are preparing to issue Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in early 2025.
Indreni Mushroom Farm Limited has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has called a AGM to approve the proposal. The meeting scheduled for January 12 will discuss and decide on three general proposals and four special proposals related to the IPO.
The decision was made during a board of directors meeting held on December 18. The company, based in Balambu, Chandragiri, is known for its mushroom production and aims to raise capital through the IPO to expand its operations.

Similarly, Hulas Infra and Hulas Iron Industries are preparing to issue Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and have scheduled general meetings to approve the proposals.
Hulas Iron Industries has called a general meeting for January 9, during which the company will seek approval to grant the board of directors the authority to proceed with the IPO issuance process.
Similarly, Hulas Infra has scheduled a general meeting for January 5, to pass a decision on moving forward with its own IPO issuance.
Both companies are taking steps to raise capital through public offerings, marking a significant development in their expansion plans.
