Indigenous quota winners announced

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Nepali Congress (NC) 12th General Assembly Election Committee has declared winners of the central committee members from the category of reservation for the indigenous nationalities on Saturday.



Bhisma Raj Angdambe, Surya Man Gurung and Dhan Raj Gurung were elected in indigenous male quota. Similarly, Sita Gurung and Ratna Sherchan were elected in indigenous female quota.[break]



The counting for the posts of central members under open and zonal categories is underway.



According to informal information, Arjun Narsingh KC, Gagan Thapa, Pradip Giri, Khum Bahadur Khadka, Sashank Koirala, Ram Chandra Paudel, Sujata Koirala, Ram Sharan Mahat, NP Saud and Mahesh Acharya are leading the vote counts in open category for CWC members.
