According to police, Syed Ibrahim Akbar Ali, 30, holding passport number 8526375 was arrested with 700 grams gold near the prepaid taxi counter.
Ali had arrived in Kathmandu from Malaysia through a flight of Malindo Air. Police said he had concealed the gold in his anus, adding they are further investigating the case.
