KATHMANDU, Aug 12: Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri performed a special puja at the Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu today. Misri, who arrived in Kathmandu on Sunday for a two-day official visit, visited the temple this morning to offer the special prayers.
