He was welcomed by Nepali Foreign Secretary Lamasal at the VIP terminal of the Tribhuvan International Airport.


The visit highlights India’s commitment to its relationship with Nepal, a key element of its Neighborhood First policy, as stated by the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu. During the visit, discussions are expected to center on advancing bilateral relations and exploring new avenues for cooperation, building on recent high-level exchanges. This visit is anticipated to further solidify the close and multifaceted relationship between the neighboring nations, according to the Indian Embassy.
