Winning the toss, Embassy of India opted to bat first and scored 64/0. Sohan Patwal scored unbeaten 33 runs off 17 balls. Chasing the total of 65, Amarawati Travels was able to score only 56/2.
Similarly, Standard Chartered Bank and Kantipur Media Group also qualified for the second round. Standared Chartered defeated NIC Bank by five wickets. Winning the toss, NIC Bank elected to bat first and scored 41 runs losing all wickets. Subash Sharma´s 32 runs off nine balls guided Standard Chartered to the target of 42 runs in just two overs.
In other matches played on Tuesday, Bank of Kathmandu, Nabil Bank, host Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Agni Air, Himalayan Bank, Civil Bank and Siddharth Bank registered victories. Bank of Kathmandu defeated Sanima Bikash Bank by five wickets.
Winning the toss, Sanima Bikash Bank scored 65/2 with 33 runs from Nishesh Pokharel. Bank of Kathmandu reached the target of 66 in 4.1 overs losing a wicket. Pramath Shah scored 30 runs for the team.
Host Soaltee Crowne Plaza beat Prime Life Insurance by six wickets. Despite the loss, Prime Life Insurance has a chance to qualify for the next round as it has a match in hand. Winning the toss, Prime Life opted to bat first and scored 61/3. Host Soaltee reached the target of 62 in just 3.5 overs without losing a wicket.

Nabil Bank registered two wickets victory over Citizen´s International Bank. With the win, Nabil has boosted its chances for the second round. Citizen´s won the toss and scored 70/3 as Sharad Pokhrel scored 28 runs off 10 balls. Nabil reached the target of 71 in just 4.4 overs losing four wickets. Ait Pokhrel scored 46 runs off 14 balls for the victory.
Agni Air registered its first win in the tournament defeating NIC Bank by nine runs. Winning the toss Agni scored 65/2 with 26 runs from Nazir Sheikh. In reply of 66 runs, NIC was restricted in just 56 runs. Ravi Shrestha scored 20 runs for the losing team.
Himalayan Bank defeated Nagarik by five wickets in its crucial match. Winning the toss, Nagarik scored 66 runs losing two wickets. Roshan Budhathoki scored 25 runs off 13 balls. Siddhartha Sharma´s 34 runs off nine balls guided Himalayan Bank for the win with a ball to spare for the innings.

Civil Bank defeated defending champion Nepal SBI Bank by five wickets. Winning the toss, SBI opted to bat first and scored 55/0. Ananad Upadhyaya scored 25 runs off 17 balls. Civil Bank successfully met the target of 56 in just 3.4 overs losing a wicket. Bhola Bista was the highest scorer with 31 runs.
KIST Bank thrashed Siddharth Bank by six wickets. Winning the toss, Siddhartha Bank scored 72/2 with 36 runs from Suraj Timalsina. KIST successfully met the highest total in the ground without fall of wickets in 3.5 overs. Manjay Raj Pandey scored 34 runs off 14 balls while Raju KC scored 27 runs.
