Indian Army Chief Pande being conferred with the rank of Honorary Maharathi today

KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Chief of Indian Army Manoj Pande, who is on a visit to Nepal, is being conferred with the rank of Honorary Maharathi of the Nepal Army today.

KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Chief of Indian Army Manoj Pande, who is on a visit to Nepal, is being conferred with the rank of Honorary Maharathi of the Nepal Army today.


President Bidya Devi Bhandari will award General Pande the rank of Honorary Maharathi of the Nepali Army at the Office of the President of Nepal- Sheetal Niwas.

He will participate in the tribute program at Brave Soldier Memorial at Sainik Manch Tudikhel. According to Nepal Army Military Public Relations and Information Directorate, there is a program of honor guard inspection at Jangi Adda and a meeting and discussion with Nepal Army Chief Prabhu Ram Sharma on Monday.


Chief of Indian Army Pande came to Nepal on Sunday for a five-day visit to Nepal.
