KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Police on Monday brutally thrashed a man, apparently a ‘vagabond’, in front of Shiva Mandir in Gangabu area.
On a video an on-duty policeman is seen ruthlessly thrashing a man of around 35-years old.

The man seems helpless and cannot even run to avoid beating.
When asked Metropolitan Police Sector, Gongabu, which is the nearest from the incident site, denied information and told the news portal to call the next day.
