KATHMANDU, Oct 20: IDMC Pvt Ltd has introduced XCMG 215 excavators to the Nepali market.
Issuing a statement on Wednesday, IDMC said the model, built in China, weighs 21.5 tons and uses engines made by Japan’s Isuzu Motors Ltd while its hydraulics are manufactured by another Japanese company Kawasaki.

According to the statement, IDMC Managing Director Purushottam Subedi has announced that all buyers of the excavators will also win a travel scheme for a couple to visit the manufacturing company in China.
The scheme is valid until the end of November. The IDMC has priced the excavator at Rs 8.5 million.
