KATHMANDU, Sept 4: The schedule for the triangular One Day International (ODI) series between Nepal, Oman, and Canada under the ICC World Cup League-2 has been announced.
Cricket Canada announced the schedule on Wednesday. As per the schedule, the ODI for League-2 series will begin on September 16 and conclude on September 26. Following the ODI for League-2, T-20 series will start on September 28 and conclude on October 3.
A total of 12 matches will be played, with six games in each series (ODI and T-20). Nepal will play eight matches in total.
The Nepali team is currently in Sri Lanka for preparations.
Prior to heading to Sri Lanka, the team had practiced in Bangalore, India, for two weeks.
This will be Nepal’s second League-2 series in Canada. Previously, Nepal played the first series on home ground, where they managed to win only one out of four matches against the Netherlands and Namibia.
ICC World Cup Cricket League-2: Nepal beats Oman
Nepal is scheduled to head to the USA for another series in October, where they will play against the hosts and Scotland.
