I'm a Street Child

Without you mom, I'm like a martlet willing to run Without you dad, I'm like a monsoon without  rain How can I think of a toy when I have no food to eat?

Without you mom, I'm like a martlet willing to run

Without you dad, I'm like a monsoon without  rain

How can I think of a toy when I have no food to eat?

I question my existence,

Am I the only one lacking my parent's assistance?

My dreams and my hopes are ravaged with no more space to split

I see everything but I've lost my sight

It seems like,

Ever since I'm lost, I have forsaken my life.
