LAHAN, Aug 19: A woman of Lahan Municipality-6 in Siraha district succumbed to her husband's attack by the stone bar of a traditional grind stone.
The deceased has been identified as Babita Kumari Sah whose spouse Bisweshor Prasad Sah attacked her in a fit of rage over minor domestic dispute on Friday.
Seriously hurt in the incident, Babita Kumari was rushed to a local hospital at Lahan where she breathed her last today morning during treatment, according to Raj Kumar KC, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Lahan.
Police have taken accused Bisweshor Prasad under their control for further investigation into the case. RSS
