KATHMANDU, Oct 29: Huawei hosted a webinar on “The Future of Mobile App Industry” for Institute of Engineering (IoE) students as part of its digital talent development ecosystem initiative on 26th October.

In the webinar, speakers in the event included Associate Professor Dr. Basanta Joshi from IoE, CEO of Huawei Nepal, Zhang Xiaoxiang (William),  Murali V, Associate Vice President of Huawei India, Abhishek, system architect from Huawei India and Rebanta from Huawei India.

According to a statement issued by the company, CEO of Huawei, Nepal, Zhang Xiaoxiang (William) spoke about the contribution of Huawei in Nepal and discussed Huawei’s plans to train digital talent to accelerate Nepal’s digital economy in the webinar. 

Similarly, Dr. Basanta Joshi from IoE thanked Huawei for the collaboration. While assuring a long term collaboration with Huawei, he also urged students to make use of the webinar in the best way possible.
