Speaking at a media briefing in the capital on Sunday, Mohan Ojha, chairman of Growth Sellers, said the major objective of the event was to inform the participants about the latest trend in HR and management arena. “Anyone interested in developing leadership and development of human resource in Nepal can participate in the program,” he added.
According to the organizers, internationally renowned trainers and facilitators would be the key speakers in the program. The team of experts includes Mahesh Sharma, certified natural language (NLP) and emotional freedom techniques (EFT) practitioner; Akshaya Wal, independent coach and training facilitator; and Reena Wal, independent leadership coach from India.
Kewal Prasad Bhandari, director general of Department of Labor who is delivering keynote speech in the event, said the lack of proper opportunities was forcing more than 450,000 Nepalis to go abroad for blue-collar jobs.
Growth Sellers is also felicitating an outstanding HR Manager of the year during the event. Chronos, the HR management software, is sponsoring the award which includes a purse of Rs 50,000.
