The NC has charged that the ruling party Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) failed to implement any of its past commitments, including the returning of seized property and dismantling of the paramilitary structure of its youth wing -Young Communist League (YCL).
Earlier, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and Rastriya Janashakti Party (RJP) had boycotted the parliamentary session, charging that the Maoist party had not fulfilled any of its past pledges.
