KATHMANDU, Oct 1: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is addressing the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) that is underway at the Federal Parliament building.
After participating in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on September 16, Prime Minister Dahal embarked on a visit to China on September 22. Having returned from his trip to China on Saturday, he is now addressing parliament on Sunday.
