KATHMANDU, Feb 26: Speaker Devraj Ghimire has adjourned the meeting of the House of Representatives for 15 minutes after the CPN-UML lawmakers protested saying that they would not allow the parliament meeting to take place unless the government answered the questions raised in the House and the minister “convicted” in the Balkumari incident resigned.
